At Auratiq.lk, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure you receive genuine, high quality products.

If there is an issue with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The item was incomplete or missing components.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, tags, and promotional items (where applicable).
  • Be free from signs of use, damage, or alteration.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used perfumes.
  • Opened or used cosmetics or skincare products.
  • Products with broken manufacturer seals.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Products returned after the 7 day return period.
  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the product.
  • Photographs of the packaging.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Once your request has been verified, Auratiq.lk will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at admin@auratiq.lk.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Attach photographs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  4. Wait for return authorization before sending the product back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

5. Exchanges

Where eligible, we will gladly exchange your product for:

  • The same item (subject to stock availability).
  • Another item of equal value.
  • A higher value item by paying the price difference.

If the replacement item is of a lower value, the remaining balance may be refunded as store credit or refunded at our discretion.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

  • A replacement product is unavailable.
  • The returned item qualifies under this policy.
  • Auratiq.lk approves the refund after inspection.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by Auratiq.lk.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • An incorrect item supplied by Auratiq.lk.
  • A defective product.
  • A product damaged during delivery.

Auratiq.lk will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

For returns accepted due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

8. Watches

Watches may be returned only if they are:

  • Unworn.
  • Unused.
  • In their original packaging.
  • Free from scratches, alterations, or damage.

If protective stickers, seals, or packaging have been removed, the watch may no longer qualify for a return unless it is found to be defective.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
